Chef Britt's Cooking Demonstrations

Britt Pedlar of Highgate Senior Living is unable to continue with his cooking demonstrations at the market for a few weeks. We are in the process of finding another great chef (how can we possibly replace him and the Highgate Staff?) for some fun and educational cooking demos. We'll keep you posted.
